Impactworks Community Services Ltd. was formed with a heart to demonstrate love and care in practical and life-giving ways. We exist to provide inter-generational social services, programmes and support that nurture, strengthen and uplift children, youths and families.
What We Do
Our story began with a simple but important observation: many children and youths today face increasing pressure, emotional stress and social disconnection, while many seniors carry a wealth of life experience, wisdom and stories that can encourage and guide the next generation. At the same time, families need safe and meaningful spaces where relationships can be strengthened and support can be found.
In response, Impactworks was established to create programmes that bring generations together. Through mentoring, community activities, wellness programmes and intergenerational engagement, we provide opportunities for seniors to share life stories, personal anecdotes, values and lessons learnt with younger ones. These simple moments of storytelling can become powerful bridges — helping youths feel seen, guided and encouraged, while giving seniors renewed purpose and connection.
We believe every generation has something valuable to give. A senior’s story can inspire resilience. A youth’s openness can bring fresh hope. A family’s journey can be strengthened through love in action.
