Reginald leads the overall vision, strategy and development of Impactworks Community Services. With a heart for community outreach and social impact, he/she works closely with partners, volunteers and stakeholders to design programmes that meet real needs on the ground.
Francis Ng
Board Director
Francis provides governance, oversight and strategic guidance for the organisation. He/she brings experience in leadership, community service, finance, operations or partnerships to help ensure Impactworks is well-managed and accountable.
Andrew Yeo
Board Director

Dr. Ivy Heng
Board Director
Dr. Ivy provides governance, oversight and strategic guidance for the organisation. He/she brings experience in leadership, community service, finance, operations or partnerships to help ensure Impactworks is well-managed and accountable.
Kelvin Chung
Head of Admin and Operations
Kelvin oversees the planning and delivery of community programmes, including youth engagement, family activities, senior participation and intergenerational initiatives. He works directly with volunteers and partners to ensure programmes are meaningful, safe and impactful and supports partner engagement, volunteer mobilisation and community collaboration. He helps connect people, organisations and resources so that more lives can be reached through Impactworks’ programmes.
